Transcorp Power Plc, a subsidiary of Transnational Corporation Plc (Transcorp Group), has named Faith Tuedor-Matthews and Charles Odita as independent non-executive directors. This decision reflects the company’s commitment to corporate governance best practices and ensuring a board with a deep understanding of its operating environment.

Faith Tuedor-Matthews brings over 40 years of experience in the financial service industry, notably serving as the former group managing director & chief executive officer of Mainstreet Bank Limited. Her track record of success in enhancing financial performance and stakeholder satisfaction makes her a valuable addition to the board.

Charles Odita boasts over 40 years of experience, with 30 years in senior positions in the oil and gas industry, notably at Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited. His extensive experience across operations, research, and drilling adds valuable insights to the board.
