According to the National Information Technology Development Agency, if entrepreneurs running Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Businesses want to thrive in the twenty-first century, they must adopt and adapt to digital technology

Implementing digital technology will boost corporate efficiency and profitability. This was said by Kashifu Inuwa, director general of NITDA, during his keynote address at the 10th Abuja Enterprise Agency Business 360 Clinics, which had as its theme “Technology Use and Innovation: Its Impact on SME Profitability and Productivity.”

The acting National Coordinator, Office for Nigerian Digital Innovation, Yakubu Musa, who served as the NITDA director’s representative at the event, stated that effective technology use by SMEs will increase productivity and result in increased efficiency.
