Young Chae Predicts that by the End of 2022, Bilateral Trade between Korea and Nigeria would Reach $2.4 billion.

By the end of the year, the bilateral commerce between Nigeria and South Korea, the tenth-largest economy in the world, would exceed $2.4 billion.

This revelation was deliver by Kim Young Chae, the Republic of Korea’s ambassador to Nigeria, on the occasion of the Korean National Day in Abuja. According to him, the gain represented a 20% increase in the two countries’ bilateral commerce.

Kim claimed that roughly 20 Korean enterprises now operating in Nigeria are responsible for the development in commerce between the two countries.

He claimed that because Nigeria has the largest economy in Africa, the sixth-largest population in the world, and a wealth of natural resources, Korea views Nigeria as a key partner.
