Peter Obi, the rumored Labour Party presidential contender, is claimed to have invested money in the state government, but according to the governor of Anambra state, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, such money is worthless.
This was said by Soludo in an interview with Channels TV’s Politics Today, which The PUNCH was watching.
Speaking in reference to Obi as a previous governor, the governor of Anambra was asked about his viewpoint on government investment outside the public sector. “I’m not sure about the investment”, he declared.
“The 2023 budget is the topic of our interview. I’m not bringing up any of my predecessors’ investments. By the way, I have no knowledge of the one you mentioned”.
