This was remarked by Diipo Olarewaju, the Institute of Loss Adjusters of Nigeria’s new president, during his acceptance address during the organization’s investiture ceremony in Lagos.
In order to advance and integrate the insurance industry with all key stakeholders and regulatory entities, he emphasized the significance of collaboration between the insurance industry and state authorities.
He promised to forge strong ties with all industry participants, including the National Insurance Commission, during his tenure. Ajayi thinks that the insurance sector needs to adopt a customer-friendly strategy.
