Dyna.Ai, a global Artificial Intelligence-as-a-Service (AIaaS) firm headquartered in Singapore, officially launched its operations in Nigeria with a high-profile event titled “Nigeria Dyna Day” on May 15, 2025, in Lagos. Held at Four Points by Sheraton, the launch gathered top fintech experts, policymakers, and industry leaders to unveil Dyna.Ai’s suite of AI-powered products. Themed “AI Unleashed: Revolutionising Nigeria’s Financial Future,” the event signaled the company’s strategic move into Africa’s largest economy to support the transformation of its financial ecosystem through AI innovation.

Tomas Skoumal, Chairman and Co-President of Dyna.Ai, emphasized Nigeria’s pivotal role in Africa’s digital transformation. He noted the continent is no longer “the future” but a present force in fintech advancement. Dyna.Ai aims to bridge financial inclusion gaps through intelligent automation and plans to build long-term infrastructure and local talent in Nigeria. Their flagship offerings, including Agent Studio and sector-specific language models, are tailored to optimize operations like customer service, collections, HR, and marketing in financial institutions.

During the event, Dyna.Ai showcased cutting-edge AI solutions such as AvatarGPT, an interactive AI digital human, and VoiceGPT, a voice assistant with native accents in Yoruba, Hausa, and Igbo. These tools aim to enhance customer engagement and the overall digital user experience. The Federal Government expressed strong support for responsible digital innovation. Tokoni Peter Igoin, Special Assistant to the President on ICT, highlighted Nigeria’s commitment to fostering a secure and innovation-friendly AI ecosystem. Lagos State Commissioner for Innovation, Olatunbosun Alake, announced the upcoming release of AI guidelines aimed at promoting ethical development. He stressed the importance of building technologies that future generations can trust, warning against the risks of unregulated AI growth.

Attendees engaged in panel discussions, networking sessions, and an immersive AI Experience Forum, offering insights into the opportunities and challenges of AI in finance. With plans to scale innovation across Africa, Dyna.Ai reinforced its dedication to not only introducing AI products but also investing in local capacity-building.
