Access Bank Named Nigeria’s Sole Firm on Forbes 2024 World’s Best Employers List

Access Bank PLC has been recognized as the only Nigerian company on Forbes’ 2024 World’s Best Employers List, reflecting its dedication to fostering an inclusive, empowering workplace culture. The bank, one of just 13 African companies among the 850 global firms ranked, highlights its focus on gender equity and opportunities for growth in the African banking sector.

The recognition underscores Access Bank’s commitment to employee satisfaction and development. Forbes compiled the list in collaboration with Statista, based on surveys of over 300,000 employees from multinational companies across 50 countries.
