Toyota has introduced the 2025 Toyota Crown Signia, a new addition to the Crown family that promises “effortless elegance” and versatility for modern car enthusiasts.
This new hybrid-powered crossover, positioned as a premium option akin to the Lexus RX luxury SUV, offers a blend of style and practicality. The Crown Signia features a two-row, 5-passenger configuration with significant cargo space—25 cubic feet behind the second row, expanding to 66-69 cubic feet with the seats folded down.
Priced competitively, the Crown Signia undercuts the Lexus RX350h hybrid while providing a quiet, comfortable ride and a relatively premium interior. Standard features on the XLE trim include dual-zone automatic climate control, full leather upholstery, a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, a 12.3-inch central touchscreen, 19-inch wheels, and heated and ventilated front seats. The hybrid powertrain combines a 2.5-liter gas engine with electric motors, delivering a total of 240 hp and on-demand all-wheel drive.
Fuel efficiency is a highlight, with the Crown Signia achieving an EPA-estimated 39 mpg city, 37 mpg highway, and 38 mpg combined, outperforming the Lexus RX’s 37 mpg city, 34 mpg highway, and 36 mpg combined. This makes the Crown Signia a compelling choice for those seeking a luxurious and economical hybrid SUV.
