The Aliko Dangote Foundation (ADF) and the World Economic Forum (WEF) have unveiled the gifted individuals selected for the prestigious 2024 class of the World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders (YGL) Dangote Fellows. This partnership aims to identify, engage, and support outstanding leaders under the age of 40 who demonstrate exceptional potential in various fields.

The selected young leaders represent diverse talents and expertise from countries across Africa, including Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Ethiopia, Nigeria, and Mauritius. Among them are entrepreneurs, executives, and government officials, each committed to making positive contributions to global development, innovation, and leadership.

For the first time, the newly inducted Fellows will participate in a transformative three-day retreat in Geneva, Switzerland, organized by the World Economic Forum Foundation. This retreat will provide them with the opportunity to connect with peers, deepen their understanding of the YGL community, and align themselves with its core values.
