Ti enhance reliability and sustainability, the NNPCL is actively seeking reputable operations and maintenance companies for the Port Harcourt Refining Company.The move comes as the Port Harcourt oil refinery, which had been dormant, is brought back to life with the commencement of crude oil supply for test runs.
