The Petroleum Ministry Seeks Closer Cooperation with NIPSS for Knowledge Sharing.
The National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) and the Ministry of Petroleum Resources have committed to working together to forge closer linkages in order to promote efficient knowledge sharing between the two organizations.
The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Gabriel Aduda, stated that NIPPS can only get stronger with more funding while speaking to a group of students from the Senior Executive Course (SEC) 45, 2023, of NIPSS, Jos, who were on a study tour and visited the Ministry of Petroleum Resources.
With the numerous recipients of the Member of the National Institute (MNI) and the reports that NIPPS has produced, according to Aduda, the institute is essential and critical to the growth of Nigeria, especially in the areas of governance and leadership.
In a presentation Aduda acquainted the participants with the overview and dynamics of the Nigerian oil and gas industry, beginning with the discovery of oil in 1956.
