Nestle, Seplat, Lafarge To Pay Dividends

The final audited reports from more firms listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited have been made public. Nestle declared a final dividend of N36.50 per 50kobo ordinary share in its financial report.

Moreover, it generated revenue of N446.8 billion, a 27% increase over the N351.8 billion reported in the previous financial year.

Khaled Dokani, the chief executive officer of Lafarge Africa, bemoaned the impact of the currency rate on the company’s growth in his remarks in the report.

Seplat’s revenue increased by 29.8% from $733.2 million in 2021 to $951.8 million in 2022. In the meanwhile, Lafarge had disclosed that Mrs. Virginie Darbo, a director, had resigned.
