The spokesperson for the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Festus Keyamo, has claimed that the country’s inflation rate under President Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) is not the highest in recorded history.
According to Keyamo, the rate of inflation peaked during the tenure of former president Olusegun Obasanjo, who served as vice president and had the Peoples Democratic Party’s Atiku Abubakar as his running mate.
