A renowned regional investment advisor, NBK Capital Partners, has announced the completion of the third-generation private credit oriented NBK Capital Partners Shari’ah Credit Opportunities Fund, L.P. (the “Fund”).

The Fund ended on November 29, 2022, with about $215 in total capital that was made up of co-investment vehicles and investor capital pledges. This most recent fundraising shows the firm’s credit platform’s resilience and ongoing performance, having raised more than $530 million since its debut in 2009.

The NBKCP Private Credit team has finished 15 investments in three different fund vehicles since 2009. The Shari’ah Fund, which is now 15% deployed, is anticipated to close a number of investments over the coming months and reach 50% invested by the first quarter of 2023 with a healthy pipeline.
