Nigeria Rescinds the COVID-19 Examinations for International Travellers.

The COVID-19 testing requirement for international travellers was lifted by Nigeria on Monday, 12th December 2022 and wearing a mask within airport buildings and on flights was no longer required, according to the airline regulator.

In a warning to airlines, the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority stated that travelers to and from Nigeria, regardless of their immunization status, did not need to undergo COVID-19.

The organization advised using face masks for travellers over 60 and those with comorbid conditions.
