Gasoline Integrated International announced its willingness to develop a $3 billion refinery in the state’s Tongeji Island, Ipokia Local Government Area, marking a significant step toward Ogun State becoming an oil-producing state.

The refinery, when finished, will have the ability to process 400,000 liters of crude oil into gasoline each day, according to a statement made in Abeokuta by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Kunle Somorin.
