EMTECH, a fintech firm for central banks and regulators, and Global Infoswift Consulting have launched FINREG Learn, a capacity-building program to assist financial services regulators and players in navigating the continent’s fintech and financial inclusion boom. The program, according to the firms, will cover three core and interconnected areas: Central Bank Digital Currency, Regulatory Sandbox Framework, and API & Open Banking.
