The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited on Wednesday disclosed how five cargoes containing ethanol-laden petrol were rejected after discovering that the first was substandard.

NNPC Group MD Melee Kyari, also disclosed that the company was filing damages against suppliers of the substandard PMS.

Kyari made this known while appearing before the House of Reps Committee on Petroleum Resources (Downstream).
