The Federal Executive Council presided over by President Buhari approved N115.4bn for the dualization of the proposed Kano-Kazaure-Kongolam highway in Katsina State to a dual carriageway.
The Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, who disclosed this to State House correspondents after a council meeting,
Babatunde Fashola further explained that the project which covers 131.4 kilometres would be completed in 48 months.
