Nigeria: We’ll partner govt to reduce unmetered customers – IBEDC

Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company Plc has re-inaugurated the Meter Asset Provider Scheme efforts to enhance meter rollout across its areas of operations.

The Chief Operating Officer of the company, John Ayodele, said this in Ibadan during a roadshow organized by the company.

He said customers would get a refund of the cost of the meter through equal instalment of energy credit whenever they vend over a period of 36 months.

He further enjoined our numerous customers to quickly buy into the scheme to avoid estimated billing, which has always been an issue.
