The New Mercedes E-Class

Weststar Associates Limited, the authorised general distributor of Mercedes-Benz in Nigeria, has announced the delivery of the new Mercedes-Benz E-Class model to showrooms across the country.

A statement from the company said the 2021 E-Class Saloon was an upgrade from its 10th generation predecessors and comes with a host of innovations in design and technology.

The company said the vehicle’s front end comes with increased chrome content, with the headlamps and radiator grille being totally redesigned, bonnet features with distinctive looking power domes and headlamps coming in a flatter design, featuring all-LED technology.

On the rear end, the all-new E-Class features a new rear bumper and a new boot lid.

The tail lights also get a redesign with new inner components. Another highlight from the exterior is the new aero wheels, which contribute to more sustainable driving.

According to Weststar, the new E-Class is equipped with the latest generation of the MBUX multimedia system (Mercedes-Benz User Experience).

As standard, it includes two large 10.25-inch/26 cm screens, which for a widescreen look, are arranged side by side.

Speaking on the release, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer at Weststar Associates Limited, Mr Mirko Plath, said, “The new E-Class is a masterpiece in innovation.

“With this current generation selling over 1.2 million units globally, the E-Class still remains the most popular Mercedes-Benz vehicle even in this market.”

He added that the company was proud to be able to introduce the new model of the E-Class and excited for its customers to experience a new chapter in innovation and technology.
