The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has commended Clement Oluwaranti Buari, Director of Strategy Management, for his 35 years of dedicated service upon his retirement on March 4th, 2024.
CBN Governor Olayemi Cardoso presented Buari with a letter of commendation, recognizing his leadership in developing the CBN’s strategy for 2024-2028. This comes after a previous news report mistakenly listed Buari as part of a recent round of staff reductions at the CBN.
Governor Cardoso praised Buari’s ability to unite his team and streamline processes to meet tight deadlines during the strategy development project. The CBN’s HR department also awarded Buari for his long and distinguished service.
