There’s a big meeting planned between Korea and Africa in early June! This summit is a chance for these two regions to work together more on trade and investment.
An African organization called AKEDA thinks the African Union (AU) can play a big role in making this partnership a success. The AU is like a big club for all the countries in Africa. AKEDA says the AU can help make sure any trade deals are fair and clear for both sides.
They also want the AU to encourage more investment between Korea and Africa. This means Korea would put money into businesses in Africa, and vice versa. They believe this will create jobs and help both regions grow.
