The National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) has inked multibillion-dollar Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), both new and revived, with international technical partners.
These agreements encompass the establishment of a coal-based fertilizer plant, Lithium processing, Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturing plant, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) for forestation, smart solar irrigation, tractor repairs, and crop traceability to enhance food security.
Mr. Khalil Suleiman Halilu, the Executive Vice Chairman/CEO of NASENI, highlighted the agency’s proactive approach in the last four months, forging new partnerships and collaborations to convert over 150 scientific and technological prototypes, products, and intellectual properties rights into finished products.
Halilu reiterated that the 5-Day intensive training program aims to equip information and Protocol staff with the skills needed to master new media and protocol strategies, ultimately elevating the agency to greater heights.
