Fire Outbreak Causes Chaos at Murtala Muhammed Airport’s International Wing

Confusion and panic gripped the international wing of Murtala Muhammed Airport following a fire outbreak in one of the airport’s sections. The fire is reported to have originated from a malfunctioning cable on the Tarmac.

According to reports, the inferno had already caused damage to a portion of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) administrative office the night before the incident.

In response to the emergency, all passengers and airport staff were instructed to evacuate the building. Both the Lagos State Fire Service and the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) fire service were on the scene to address the situation.
