Vector Logistics is a leading frozen infrastructure logistics operator in South Africa, specializing in multitemperature warehousing, distribution, supply chain intelligence, and sales and merchandising solutions. The company’s extensive network of warehouses plays a crucial role in maintaining the cold chain for food products, thereby increasing shelf life and reducing food waste.
With the acquisition of Vector Logistics, A.P. Moller Capital is poised to support the company’s ongoing growth by leveraging its extensive network and its history of investments and operations in Africa. A key focus for A.P. Moller Capital is to maintain a strong Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda at Vector Logistics to ensure sustainability.
