The Tunisian-born but Paris-based Expensya will be acquired by Medius, a Swedish business cost management company, for an unknown sum.
Karim Jouini (CEO) and Jihed Othmani (CTO) founded Expensya in 2014 to offer automated cost management systems to European companies.
Expensya, which had its beginnings in Tunis and now has its headquarters there, continues to maintain the majority of its back office operations in Africa.
Currently, Expensya has over 200 employees, the majority of whom are situated in Tunisia, France, and Germany.
