There is new hope for Nigeria to increase its capacity for domestically refined fuel by 103.34 million liters per day as President Muhammadu Buhari is set to officially open the eagerly anticipated 650,000 barrels per day Dangote Refinery on May 22, 2023.
The debut date for the Dangote Group’s eagerly anticipated refineries was announced. The multi-billion dollar Oil Refinery and Petrochemical Company will deal with Nigeria’s ongoing refinery issues.
The Dangote Refinery, the biggest single-train refinery in the world, can produce up to 650,000 barrels of refined petroleum product per day, or 103,341,742 liters. Pre-inauguration testing are now being conducted, according to reports that the refinery has been finished.
