Officials of the NRC were seen not utilizing the Point of Sale service or accepting bank transfers, while other businesses were experimenting with internet banking and Point of Sale.
The Mobolaji Johnson Station in Lagos was visited by a correspondent who found that ticket agents only accepted brand-new naira notes.
A trip to the Babatunde Fashola Station also revealed that the ticketing staff only took brand-new notes.
One of the representatives said that the management forbids both the deployment of POS devices and bank transactions.
