A $194 million credit facility between Airtel Africa Plc and the International Finance Corporation has been announced (IFC). The new financing facility is in line with Airtel Africa’s strategy to raise debt within its operating companies.
The facility, which has an eight-year term, will be used to support the operations and investments of the telecom company in some of the African markets where it does business.
