Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) To Hold Public Inquiries On Three Draft Regulations

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) will hold a public inquiry on three draft regulations and guidelines concerning the country’s telecoms market. Interested stakeholders have been invited to make written submissions on the Registration of Telephone Subscribers Regulations, the SIM Replacement Guidelines and the Spectrum Trading Guidelines by 24 September 2021. They have also been invited to participate in the subsequent public inquiries which have been scheduled for 5 October.
