United Capital Plc has declared a final dividend of N0.50 per share for the year ending December 31, 2024. The company made this announcement on March 12, 2025, via a disclosure to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NGX), signed by Group Secretary Dr. Leo Okafor. The dividend will be paid to shareholders who appear on the company’s register as of the close of business on March 14, 2025.
The register will be closed from March 17 to March 21, 2025, and the dividend is scheduled for disbursement on April 4, 2025. Shareholders who have not completed their e-dividend registration are urged to do so before the cutoff date. United Capital has advised shareholders to complete the necessary paperwork and submit it to the registrar, Africa Prudential Plc, or their respective banks to avoid delays.
