Stanbic IBTC Launches DiSEP 4.0 Empowers Nigerian Youths

Stanbic IBTC Holdings, a member of the Standard Bank Group, has introduced the fourth edition of its Digital Skills Empowerment Programme (DiSEP 4.0). This initiative aims to bridge Nigeria’s digital skills gap by equipping 200 young graduates with expertise in cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes, DevOps, Java, and software automation. The programme offers intensive training, professional certifications, and practical experience to prepare participants for careers in the dynamic IT sector.

Since its inception in 2021, DiSEP has proven transformative, with graduates excelling in fields such as software engineering and cloud computing. Acting CEO Dr. Kunle Adedeji praised its impact, noting participants’ contributions to their communities and the digital economy. Applicants must hold a minimum of a Second-Class Lower Honours degree in IT or Engineering and an NYSC discharge certificate, ensuring they possess the qualifications needed to thrive.
