United Bank for Africa (UBA) recently rewarded 110 customers with a total of N42.8 million as part of its “75 Years, 75 Winners” Legacy Promo. The October draw, held at Ikeja City Mall in Lagos on October 26, aimed to support customers during challenging economic times. Representatives from the National Lottery Regulatory Commission ensured transparency and regulatory compliance as the event was streamed live on YouTube.
Hosted by influencer Akinyemi Omotayo (Asherkine), the draw awarded cash prizes ranging from N100,000 to N1 million, with a particular focus on NextGen, Kiddies, and Teens account holders. Winners included Goodness Akpan, Nwafor Oforbuike, David Okorie, and others, who received prizes across various categories, including Bumper and Savings Accounts.
In the Bumper category, 20 customers won N500,000 each, and another 20 received N250,000 prizes. Additionally, 10 Savings Account holders each won a grand prize of N1 million, marking them as instant millionaires in UBA’s anniversary celebration.
