Union Bank of Nigeria has celebrated the graduation of its 2024 management trainees at a ceremony held at The Stable, the bank’s sports complex in Surulere, Lagos.
The event was attended by senior management and the 166 trainees who completed their training program.
Omayuli Wale-Ajayi, Chief Talent Officer at Union Bank, encouraged the new graduates to utilize both their technical and soft skills in their new roles and to uphold the bank’s core values.
He urged them to stay focused on the bank’s vision and mission as they begin their careers.
