MTN has renovated Iwerekun Community High School in Lagos, demonstrating its commitment to improving learning standards.
The renovation is part of MTN’s annual corporate social responsibility campaign, Y’ello Care, themed “Learn Today, Lead Tomorrow.”
MTN Nigeria’s Chief Financial Officer, Modupe Kadri, expressed delight over the company’s contribution to the education sector, highlighting the significant impact of the project.
Kadri emphasized that the renovation has created a brighter future for the students, thanks to the generous contributions from MTN and its partners.
He noted that the past 30 days of the Y’ello Care campaign embodied the spirit of giving, a core value of MTN. The campaign’s success was celebrated as a collective achievement by everyone involved.
Although Y’ello Care 2024 has concluded, its legacy of compassion, generosity, and community spirit will continue to resonate.
Kadri looked forward to the next edition, Y’ello Care 2025, with optimism for further positive impact on the community.
