FCMB Group Plc, a financial institution in Nigeria, announced that its shareholders will get a dividend of N9.901 billion for the year ending December 2023. This means each share will get a reward of 50 kobo, which is double the amount given in 2022.
The final dividend is still waiting for shareholders’ approval and is also subject to withholding tax. It will be paid to shareholders whose names are in the register by May 13, 2024. The payment will be made electronically on May 24, 2024, to those who have completed e-dividend registration.
Shareholders who haven’t completed e-dividend registration can download the form from the registrar’s website. Additionally, shareholders with unclaimed dividend warrants or share certificates are advised to complete e-dividend registration or contact the registrar for assistance.
