Transcorp Hotel Plc has revealed a notable increase of 36.2% in its revenue for the year 2023. During a presentation to analysts and investors, the Managing Director/CEO, Dupe Olusola, disclosed that the company’s revenue surged from N30.4 billion to N41.4 billion.
Olusola highlighted impressive financial results, including a 105% rise in profit before tax, reaching N9.4 billion compared to N4.6 billion in 2022. Additionally, profit after tax experienced a significant increase of 133%, reaching N6 billion from N2.6 billion in 2022.
Emphasizing Transcorp Hotel’s position as one of Africa’s leading hospitality organizations, Olusola expressed the company’s commitment to enhancing the hospitality experience across the continent. She outlined key growth strategies, including the utilization of their digital platform, Aura, to drive bookings, engage with guests, and boost revenue.
