Nigeria’s efforts to enhance its energy supply through renewable sources received a significant boost with the commencement of the Demand Aggregation for Renewable Technology (DART) 3.0 programme.
This initiative, designed to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy technologies in Nigeria, presents an array of equipment and facilities aimed at facilitating the deployment of distributed renewable energy (DRE) solutions.
The DART 3.0 programme offers DRE companies enhanced opportunities to procure essential equipment at affordable prices and favorable financing terms. Caroline Eboumbou, CEO of the initiative, emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts in addressing the challenges faced by DRE companies in accessing equipment and financing.
By leveraging partnerships and innovative approaches, the programme seeks to unlock the full potential of renewable energy, fostering economic growth, environmental sustainability, and improved energy access across the country.
