United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc has announced the appointments of Mary Mulili and Mohamed Alhajie Samoura as the new chief executive officers of its subsidiaries in Kenya and Sierra Leone respectively.
Mary Mulili’s appointment as CEO of UBA Kenya is particularly significant as it coincides with the subsidiary’s 15th anniversary and marks the first time a female CEO has been appointed to lead UBA Kenya. This appointment reflects UBA’s dedication to promoting gender diversity and inclusivity in leadership roles.
