In a strategic move aimed at propelling the aviation sector forward, the Nigerian Federal Government has announced the appointment of new directors to oversee various agencies within the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development.
This development follows the recent removal of chief executives of aviation agencies and directors in the ministry, signaling a proactive approach to revitalizing the sector.
Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, SAN, CON, FCIArb. (U.K), unveiled the list of newly appointed directors, emphasizing that these appointments are in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s “Renewed Hope Agenda.” The diverse expertise brought in by the appointed directors reflects a commitment to fostering growth and innovation within the ministry.
The appointed directors include individuals with specialized roles, ranging from Engineering Services and Operations to Transport Investigation, Legal Services, Human Resources, Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, Finance and Accounts, and Corporate Services.
