Since the start of the intervention, the Central Bank of Nigeria has distributed N173.31 billion to recipients under its 100-for-100 Policy on Production and Productivity.
“Under the 100 for 100 Policy on Production and Productivity, the Bank disbursed N13.81 billion to three manufacturing projects,” he said.
This increases the total disbursement under the facility to N173.31 billion, which has been allocated to 81 projects, including 45 in manufacturing, 23 in agricultural, five in healthcare, and eight in the services sector, with an estimated 23,343 direct jobs created.
According to the instructions for the initiative’s operation, the CBN set the maximum loan amount that a participant could receive at N5bn.
