Cane Integrated Investment Ltd Partners with NYSC on Investment Literacy and Financial Planning.

The investment and financial advisory firm, Cane Integrated Investment Limited on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 visited the NYSC Lagos State Chapter. It announced its partnership with the NYSC, Lagos State in line with its corporate social responsibility. The business explained that its goal is to provide youth corps members with investment planning and financial advisory services in order to assist them in making wise investment and empowerment decisions.

The team from the company, which was led by Mr. Adeshina Adedapo and Mrs. Adenike Awoniyi, noted that the organization aims to empower corps members in preparation for the labour market by providing them with financial and investment literacy along with the necessary economic empowerment opportunities. 

The National Youth Service Corps Coordinator for Lagos State, Mrs. Yetunde Abolarinwa, in her warm welcome, emphasized the necessity of reversing the extremely low level of financial literacy and exposure to the appropriate and regulated options within the system so that youngsters might be empowered in making the right financial planning decisions.  She continued, “The program will assist  youth with necessary information to reduce unemployment and restlessness by giving young entrepreneurs access to investment and financial literacy so they may better themselves”.

While thanking Cane integrated investment limited for providing this platform to help young people develop essential life skills they need for success, the NYSC state coordinator noted that the NYSC program’s original intent was to give graduates a transformative orientation experience each year.

In addition, she pointed out that the program supports the idea that young people are the backbone of Nigeria’s economy, whilst recognizing the accomplishments and patriotism of being a corps members.
