Governor Sanwo-olu has announced the delivery of the first electric buses for Lagos State’s mass transit system.
The governor said the new electric buses will reduce carbon emissions and also improve efficiency. The governor, who has pledged to increase the number of electric vehicles in the state, said the move is part of the government’s efforts to transform the state into a smart city.
