The necessity to expand the insurance and pension sectors has been discussed by financial sector stakeholders. They spoke on the topic of “Customer satisfaction in growing penetration in insurance and pension sectors” at BusinessToday Communication Limited’s annual conference in Lagos.
Dr. Muda Yusuf, the CEO of the Center for the Development of Private Business, urged the Federal Government to raise budgetary allocations for insurance and pension in order to boost growth in those two industries.
“Mr. Edwin Igbiti, President of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, stated that more needs to be done by the two sectors in order to improve performance, particularly in the area of service delivery. Given the significance of the conference’s theme and the fact that it focused on customer satisfaction in the growth of the two sectors.
