The governor of Lagos State has been urged to give land allocations to those who have finished making payments under the Orisan Waterfront Residential Project, according to land allottees.
In a statement, the allottees emphasized the necessity for the state government to distribute land to Orisan Waterfront Residential plan allottees who had made complete payment in order to consolidate the infrastructure improvements in the Lagos metropolis.
The group contends that by creating a level playing field for businesses and investment to flourish, the distribution of assets and resources to the state’s private sectors and investors would hasten development and unlock growth potential to strengthen the state economy permanently.
The group vowed to support the governor’s candidacy for a second term, because of performance in terms of infrastructure development, job creation and public amenities.
