All personal account transaction fees have been abolished, according to Sterling Bank, as a show of support for its clients amid the recent naira scarcity issue.

Abubakar Suleiman, the chief executive officer of Sterling Bank, informed clients of the news through email.

Due to this, all personal account holders will have free access to our fund transfer services from February 6 through February 18, 2023.

Additionally, we’re happy to let you know that we’ll give complimentary debit cards to any consumers who show interest.

This is part of Sterling Bank’s ongoing efforts, according to a statement, to serve its clients and the general public as Nigeria adjusts to the availability of the new naira notes that are now being distributed across the country.
