The largest Series ‘A’ investment in EdTech history for an unfunded startup was successfully completed by Classera, a worldwide EduTech learning management platform with an emphasis on emerging countries.
The impressive Series ‘A’ round will help Classera advance its Learning Super Platform (LSP), solidify its position as the industry leader in e-learning and EdTech, and further its global expansion into new markets, particularly in Africa.
It also represents the largest funding round ever in Edtech in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and most of Africa.
Other investors from Silicon Valley, developing markets, and international family offices took part in the round as well.
Classera will use the financing to quicken its global trajectory and pursue additional MENA expansion.
