Home construction has been elevated by the use of 3D printers. The massive, more than 12-ton printer is producing what is thought to be the first two-story, 3D-printed house.
The 4,000-square-foot home in Houston is being constructed by a machine that continuously pulsates away as it extrudes layers of concrete.
According to architect Leslie Lok, co-founder of design studio Hannah and designer of the home, construction will require 330 hours of printing in total.”
