The US Chamber of Commerce, through its subsidiary, the US-Africa Business Center, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the African Continental Free Trade Area to promote trade between the United States and Africa.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed to establish a working group to promote trade and investment between the United States and Africa.
According to the announcement on the website of the US Chamber of Commerce, the MoU reaffirmed the country’s commitment to elevating a strong private sector voice in AfCFTA implementation.
